RULES & REGULATIONS
Last updated: 07/15/2025
Welcome to Vision Horizon. A private, application based community built for high school students who are ready to pursue discipline, eliminate distractions, and grow into the strongest version of themselves.
By joining this community, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to maintain clarity, respect, and a high standard for everyone involved.
1. Eligibility
To be a member of Project Nova, you must:
Be a high school student (typically ages 14–18)
Apply individually and honestly. No group applications
Be committed to showing up, participating, and holding yourself accountable
2. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to:
Treat others with respect, regardless of background or skill level
Keep all personal and shared content confidential within the community
Participate in weekly check-ins, goal-setting, and meetings (unless excused)
Refrain from bringing drama, distractions, or negative energy into the space
Accept constructive feedback with maturity
We operate on a no excuses culture. You’re here to grow. Not to be comfortable.
3. Weekly Commitments
By being part of this group, you agree to:
Submit a weekly check-in form
Set and track three personal goals or habits
Attend at least one weekly meeting or check-in session
Be paired with an accountability partner or pod, and check in regularly
4. Inactivity & Strike Policy
To keep the community intentional and focused:
1 missed check-in = warning
2 missed check-ins = accountability call
3 missed check-ins = removal from the group
You may re-apply in the future, but spots are limited to ensure quality.
5. Content Usage & Confidentiality
All content shared within Project Nova (including journals, goals, discussions, and meeting notes) is private. Do not share externally without permission.
If you submit creative work (journals, ideas, reflections), we may reference them for group reflection — with or without your name, depending on your preference.
6. Mental Health & Personal Responsibility
This community is for self-development and motivation. It is not a substitute for therapy, professional mental health care, or crisis support. If you are dealing with serious issues beyond what this group can support, we encourage you to reach out to a trusted adult or professional.
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
7. Removal & Appeals
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for:
Repeated inactivity
Violation of rules
Disrespectful or toxic behavior
Breaking confidentiality
If you believe a removal was made in error, you may request a review through a private message to the admin team.
8. Modifications
We may revise these terms at any time. If we do, you will be notified directly in the announcements channel or via email. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
9. Final Commitment
By continuing, you confirm that:
You understand the mission and expectations of Vision Horizon
You are here by choice. No one forced you
You’re ready to take full ownership of your growth, your goals, and your discipline
Let’s build something different.
